Cross Lanes YMCA Child Development Center

Dear Cross Lanes YMCA Families,

We understand that many of you have questions regarding reopening our center. As of today, Critical Childcare sites continue to be the only childcare providers permitted to operate throughout West Virginia. Critical Childcare sites are not a “business as usual” childcare. This is only a temporary childcare option for those who meet the definition of an essential worker. With that said, we do not have the green light to open at this time. We assure you that we will reopen as soon as we are permitted to do so. Our administrative team is working diligently on preparing a plan and new safety guidelines for reopening. We miss our families terribly and cannot wait to see everyone, hopefully sooner than later!
